SELLING YOUR PROPERTY PRIVATELY?
Perhaps you would like to take advantage of our photographic services?
We will visit your home to take quality high resolution photographs of your property and provide you with a CD to use on your own computer.
We charge €250 for this service, which covers visiting your house (dependent on distance a small mileage charge may be necessary) to take photos, editing and downloading 25 photos onto a CD, in both high resolution (for magazine advertising) and low resolution (for websites), and delivering back to you in person.
Extra photos over the 25 allocation will be charged at €7 each and extra CDs will be €12 each. Extra CDs are handy if you are using several agents and need your property to be shown at its best, just pass each agent a CD.
