First of all I would recommend Patricia at Cerise Consulting to absolutely everyone, we have never met a person so helpful, and without this help I believe we would have made mistakes with our purchase in Cyprus. Patricia has done so much for us regarding this exciting but scary venture, she helped us to set up our bank account, took us to the lawyer, gave up so much of her time to show us around many lovely properties, but most of all we have made a lovely new friend, she emails me constantly keeping us informed of progress being made overseas, and sorts out any problems for us. Patricia single-handedly put in more effort and produced more focussed results than the rest of them put together. The service goes well beyond a simple sell, take the commission and walk away attitude that is common amongst others. She offers far more than the traditional local estate agents. She clearly listens to her clients and when I visited not one of the places she took me too didn’t appeal in one way or another. This contrasted starkly with the day I spent being dragged around Paphos by a chap who wasted my time taking me to a string of places I had no interest in. I arrived in Cyprus for the first time hoping to find a suitable property for family holidays and looking ahead to the possibility of longer stays when we eventually reach retirement. Having spotted the Cerise Consulting website which I found informative and well laid out with a good cross section of properties in and around Paphos, I was pleased to meet Patricia on my arrival. She responded straightaway to my enquiries and offered very sensible advice. She spent a lot of time showing me around in a short space of time. She even managed to avoid a near certain head-on collision with a young driver who was looking the wrong way with an amazing last minute swerve. We were shaken but not stirred! She is clearly heading in the right direction and I would strongly recommend Patricia to any foreign buyers looking for a property in this area of Cyprus.
